cross fit 2nd attempt

 Today's cross-fit attempt:

11:57

21-15-9 of each:

dead lift (15lb I need my husband to show me where the other weights are)
push up
burpees
overhead kettlebell swings (15lb)
crossfit sit-ups

again, i need a heavier kettlebell but i'm working with what i have at home already.

2,633 calories burned this week so far it will be 3,288 at least by the end of tomorrow :) I am proud of myself this week.
