"taco salad" and fitness pal

Tonights dinner: My take one Taco Salad

1 c iceberg lettuce
1.5 oz 90% ground beef
2 tbsp salsa

seasoning (add 2/3 c water and this mix once beef is browned, serve once thickened):
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper


123 calories per serving; 2g carbs, 5g fat, 13g protein per serving
The family added shredded cheese (i'm just not a fan of cheese) 

I have some frozen watermelon i'm going to mash up into a sorbet for dessert :)

I swear I LOVE mfp... helps me keep track of EVERYTHING i eat, which helps me to know what meals are good to repeat regularly and which ones I should probably avoid :)
